Sweet Potato Pie Smoothie
Scooped out insides of a lg baked sweet potato (or 2 small ones)
Heaped teaspoon of mixed spice (you can add more at the end to taste)
3 whole dates, pitted and soaked in warm water for 10 minutes
1 teaspoon vanilla
pinch of salt
1 cup almond milk (or veggie milk of your choice)
½ cup cold water (as needed to thin)
½ cup ice (optional)
Add a little maple syrup or other natural sweetener as desired. Blend everything together adding water to thin as required. Garnish with sesame seeds and cinnamon and…. ENJOY!!
