Vinyasa Flow is a practice of connecting postures (asanas) to the breath, for a transformative and balancing effect. Classes build heat, endurance, flexibility and strength. With creative sequencing and a focus on correct alignment, students are encouraged to adapt the poses as required, with freedom to safely express individual variations to a pose if desired. Movements include traditional sun salutation sequences and variations of these, balancing poses, back bends, twisting postures, forward bends, full body including core strength and stability as well as relaxation techniques.

Through this evolving practice, each session will weave together wisdom teachings, movement, breath technique and music to inspire physical, energetic, mental, intuitive, and pure bliss states of consciousness. Suitable for beginners.
