Yin is linked to Chinese Medicine and promoting healthy flow of energy (Qi) through opening the meridian channels of the body. It often targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine, although it can focus on the upper body as well as be adapted to suit individual needs and limitations.
